Strobing relies on natural light and, highlighting the most exposed to light spots, delivers a shimmery and wet face effect like you might have got after an hour in a gym.

Makeup artist Lloyd Simmonds at ‘Alexis Mabille show created “70s tropical eyes”. Cyan blue and yellow eye shadows were applied in stripes, with their greenish mixture in the middle. The cheeks were a colourful affair too, with a girly blush on the high cheekbones. The makeup created a glossy and energetic look.

Chanel: That was not just eye shadows on the beauties’ eyelids, that was some kind of a gangster mask! Or was is kind of sunglasses painted with a blue chalk?

Missoni: The beauties’ makeup featured various bright eye shadows including cyan blue, yellow and white. Makeup artist Lucia Pieroni said she was inspired by “sporty-tribal” looks. Are you brave enough to match such makeup with with a smooth wet looking hairdo?

False eyelashes trend in spring-summer 2016 were noticed at Marni, Mansur Gavriel and Louis Vuitton Fashion shows.

Marni: Fluffy artificial eyelashes of different length seemed to be created at random order, but, surely, it was just an illusion of hit-or-miss. As a result the eyelashes added the appearance a bit vulnerable expression. Its contrast with bright and self-assured colors of the Marni’s asymmetrical and color-blocking outfits made the look absolutely perfect.

Louis Vuitton SS 2016 Collection Show: A hippy doll-like effect was achieved with the help of faux lashes glued on the upper eyelid.

Makeup Trend Spring Summer 2016 #5: Draw Me the Eyes You Like

The trend was promoted by Phillip Lim, Issa and Moschino.

Makeup Trend SS 2016: unusual application or a retro classics makeup style
Makeup artist Francelle Daly at Phillip Lim fashion show balanced out bold eyes makeup with nude fresh skin. The blue NARS eyeliner was applied at the top outer and bottom inner edge of the eyelids. The result was just superb.

Issa SS 2016: To get a confident and mysterious look, use an eyeliner in dark grey color. Apply a thick line on the lower eyelid and that’ll be it.

The beauties at Moschino show featured retro style cat eyes. The lips were coated in soft-toned brown lipstick, while the hairdo reminded of Linda Evangelista’s finest hour.

Makeup Trend SS 2016 #6: All Shadows of Red

Seen at Oscar de la Renta, Anna Sui, Marchesa, Topshop Unique and Gales.

Red lipstick for Spring and Summer 2016 by Dolce & Gabbana, Celine and Jenny Packham
Dolce & Gabbana: The beauties’ looks were about shimmering and healthy rouge-cheeked skin, feline eyes (achieved with the help of a black thin eyeliner) and plump red lips. We believe this makeup combination will be extremely popular in sunny Summer 2016.

Celine: As straight as arrows eye lines in the corners of the eyes and clear contour of the red lips made the look energetic and purposeful.

Jenny Packham: Blue eyeliner and scarlet lipstick definitely attract attention and provide a striking appearance even if you are are wearing not that fussy dress on.

Makeup Trend #6: Smokey Eyes with Eastern Fleur for Spring and Summer 2016

Julien Macdonald and Diane von Furstenberg visage artists suggest you add eastern twist to your eyes.

Julien Macdonald: The makeup artist used jet black shadows by L’Oreal and St Tropez Self Tan Luxe Oil for the skin to get the look.

Diane von Furstenberg: Nothing is impossible for a good makeup artist, even to make a model look like slanted eyed Scheherazade! It’s an ideal makeup for red carpeted events and the like.

The golden futuristic lipstick seen at Prada show will contribute to your elegance and make your look sleek.

Makeup Thrend SS 2016 #9: Thick Eyebrows VS Thin Ones

Wide or thin eyebrows? Oscar de la Renta’s idea of ideal eyebrows that are wide and thick or Ashley Williams’s who insists on thin ones that make the facial features aristocratic and somewhat arrogant?

You are to choose.
